What You’ll Bring to the Role
Key responsibilities

Onboard new partners and keep them active through regular check-ins and performance reviews.

Work with marketing on lead-gen campaigns and local SEO promotions.

Track activity and results in the CRM; forecast weekly and report on KPIs.

Gather market intel (rates, competitors, insurer requirements) to refine our offer.

Build and manage a pipeline of B2B prospects; book and run meetings, site visits and demos.

Win referral and service agreements with taxi/PHV and fleet operators.
- Prepare simple proposals/tenders and pricing aligned to GTA guidelines.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
What will you bring

Proven B2B sales/BD experience (automotive, accident management, credit hire, rental or insurance preferred).

Strong prospecting skills and a record of hitting targets.

Clear communicator; confident with decision-makers at owner-operator and enterprise level.

Organised, data-literate (Excel/Sheets/CRM); full UK driving licence.

Nice to have: knowledge of GTA rates, BS 10125, ADAS/repair workflows.

Active referrals and conversion to instructed claims.
Revenue and gross margin from partner accounts.
Retention and growth of partner portfolios.
Activity metrics (qualified meetings, proposals, close rate).
